slatin grad is the map where every fucking g house has its own flank and that has flank also has a flank and sometimes I feel like Im playing r6s and i often resort to my prior playing expierence of that and quick c etc on stalingrad just because it so damn infantry focused nothing wrong with that it just makes playing commander a real fucjing pain in the ass. I guess stalingrad is one of those maps where you so heavily rely on your infantry unlike other maps like purple heart land where you as a commander can do so much and watch so much and its very linear and only few flanks.

It was like qe story buidling with windows on every story and the germans could do literally nothing. Couple days ago I played russian offensive on stalingrd and we were defense and the pushed us onto our last objective on Grudinns Mill and boy was that objective fucjing fun. On the other hand, bei a SL or lower on stalingrad (especially on russians) can be one of the most fun expietnces in the game. I just cant handle thunking that much about infantry combat whilst also thinking about commanding. And I as commander couldnt do jackshit, My team was just locked in our last 2 strong points in the far south of the map, pinned against the wall. They were all destroyed and they were literally all over us and our back line and behind us (we were german so bit of a disadvantage).

Yesterday I played a game on stalingrad where I placed a total of 15 garrisons that were all back up garries.
